The new Superman movie is a fantastic take on the iconic character, staying much truer to the DC Comics source material. David Corenswet fits the role of the Man of Steel perfectly—he truly embodies Superman. I also really enjoyed the chemistry between Clark and Lois; their dynamic was engaging and well-executed. As many have said, Krypto is a total scene-stealer, and I completely agree. Despite the heavy use of CGI, the action sequences were impressive, with smooth choreography and visually stunning effects. Other standout characters include The Engineer, Lex Luthor, and Green Lantern, all of whom brought depth and energy to the film. However, there are a few drawbacks. The pacing felt a bit too fast, which made some scenes feel rushed. While the Superman costume suited Corenswet well, the chest logo could use improvement. In one key scene, the moment would’ve looked even more powerful if the logo had a more polished or "expensive" look. Overall, the film is definitely worth watching. It's entertaining, colorful, filled with great performances, and packed with memorable action scenes. A solid and refreshing entry in the DC universe.
