I went into this book having no idea what it was about, and I was entertained from the first sentence to the last. There is definite Gore involved, but not to a gratuitous degree. I very much enjoyed this book and I thought it was perfectly timed with spooky season.

I’ve now read 8 of Diane Chamberlains’ books and personally for me this was my favorite. I had no idea what the book was about before I started reading it. I feel a majority of her books that I’ve read have an element of historical fiction with a slight aha! moment mixed in. This story was different though in a fun way! I recommend this book to anyone!
