It was great till Season 7. Spoiler Alert: Steve Carell leaves after Season 7 and it's not as fun anymore. THey tried hard to rearrange the dynamics and make it funny, ut it just falls a tiny it short of the real deal when Steve was present. Apart from that this sitcom is solid gold. I'm binge watching this the second time round. Always glad to find a funny sitcom sans the laughter track. Reminds me of Arrested Development.
