This film absolutely stunned me. Made me cry openly many times. It was spot on correct about the reality of aging and life simply crumbling away around you. As a teenager, I met Burt Reynolds while he was filming an episode of Dan August. From that day on he has had and always will have a special place in my heart. As some of the other people have said here, ignore what idiotic critics are saying about this film, and watch it for yourself. It will make you laugh, make you cry, and will forever be in your memory. We miss you Burt, we miss you very much.
