Doctor Who in its' modern form is one of the best dramas going. Throughout long seasons it consistently has many episodes that are surprising, shocking, fun, heartwarming, and generally outstanding. It has good and bad times due to being a 60 year old show, but with the return of Russell T Davies as a writer and the successful 60th anniversary shows that brought in huge audience shares, things are only looking up.
