They say ot was filmed in Sydney and snow was brought in. but the opening scenes show a whole neighborhood covered in real snow, looks like a northern part of the USA. Kids are great but that mom in it looks like a crabby grandma, and her hubby looks like her son. Other than that odd casting glitch, great flick.
