This book might have been good, pre-pandemic but it now negates the reality of digital teams and how organizations actually work in this new environment. It’s time to either update the book to include this reality (e.g., face to face isn’t possible with teams in different time zones and countries), or I would look to learn more modern approaches as this book is starting to read as valuable as a typewriter is in todays organization. The world has wiggled right past this book!
