I have tried watching Martin Clunes in the 2019 Manhunt series and every time I get into the first session after 15-20 minutes it stops and no longer runs. There is a circle twirling in the middle of the screen.

I am an Acorn Subscriber but do not know whether this 2019 Manhunt is covered by my subscription to Acorn
It is extremely frustrating. Please help.
