‘F The Prom’ is an abomination. The amount of cringey, over the top, unrealistic and not to mention, offensive, stereotypes surrounding sexuality and religion is frankly embarrassing. The pathetic attempt at comedy and the creepy, paedophilic connotations from the Dad and the “Headmistress” made me physically recoil from the screen. I cannot fathom how this movie managed to burrow itself into the media. I’m getting sick of unrealistic, unrelatable, cookie cutter garbage being churned out. Have you noticed that the same shamefully bad actors (such as Noah Centineo) are being recycled over and over? I’ve seen the same character in five different movies I swear. It’s a huge waste of money and film production. Disgusting.
