Alien Earth suffers from the curse of liberalism and wokeness that has doomed so many earlier science fiction presentations. AE will run for a season and most likely be renewed for a second season but a third season will be unlikely as by that time the writers will have run out of liberal and sensitive issues. Consider Babylon 5 which stuck to accepted conservative storylines and ran for five years-!! Allen Earth will lose its feminine men and woke management and not see a third season and possibly not a second. Some great shows have been lost because liberals don’t realize that conservatives also buy shoes, cars, and other products but they don’t watch liberal crap with feminine men, masculine women, and bad actors. Two seasons maybe, but no more.
