Yeah lots of people say its disturbing and I agree with them. Child abuse and sexual assault and gore. You could probably find some better gore anime than this and not have to see a young child being raped. There was no one really to save the girl, although the Magician helped her, he used her for his own pleasure and tricked her into loving him. But I think the author is trying to show the horrors of being physically and psychologically abused. Did not quite enjoy the movie because it was short, a bit boring and I couldn't quite understand the ending. I feel very sorry for Midori, I hope she finds the happiness that she lost. Also sorta pissed at how whenever she would see the train she waved at it and hoped that it would take her away. Perhaps just... jump on it?
