My date was there to make it better but I found myself laughing at some of the emotional scenes regardless. Although it was quite beautiful and I enjoyed bits of the sound track, the character development just wasn't here for me and I didn't really understand the motivations of the eternals most of the time. The sex scene also made us preeeeettty uncomfortable, it was very sudden.
