I have watched the movie A Christmas Snow every Christmas for several years. It is a beautiful, unpretentious portrayal of a woman's journey from deeply held pain to emotional redemption which enables her to both receive and offer forgiveness. The Christian themes breathe through the story organically - they are very present, but not in an overbearing way. Instead, they are intricately woven into Kathleen's interaction with Sam. The portrayal of each main character is also believable. I would recommend this movie to anyone who is looking for a different kind of Christmas movie, one where faith-based values are subtly and graciously handled.
