I would've given it 2.5 but I don't know how to do it so it's 2. I loved reading first 3 books by Graham Norton. I found them funny, entertaining and gripping, soulful and truely Irish. He has a beautiful way of capturing Irishness in every little detail which as a foreigner, living on the island for the last 20 years, I've learn to see, appreciate and love.
This book had non of it, there was no familiar Graham- like humor, nuance and Irish tale. Characters were left half developed, story lines untied and shallow.
At first I thought he rushed it or suffered burn out but in the end it felt like it was not written by Graham Norton at all, ghost writer perhaps. Also good few typos, oh and if I see word 'idignant' one more time...
