I always thought the series would be difficult to produce for a movie let alone a TV series. alot of people take issue with the adaptations to story line and characters- but it's probably necessary- especially the combination of lighter and Curry into Sip. Overall I think the actors really carry this series. I also think the addition of the incel/witch hunters is clever and brings the story into issues relevant to this current time. my biggest hangup is Lasher and the use of Magic. he's too corporeal and glossy. he should not look quiet human- they don't achieve this. the majic in this series- isn't like Harry Potter. Anne rice develops a universe where you begin to believe these things are actually possible.
