I thought it was interesting, and frustrating.
1st: She's NOT an "Inventor". She didn't INVENT anything, and even if her Edison had worked, SHE still wouldn't be the Inventor. She had an Idea. That's it. Anyone can do that.
I could tell a heartwarming story about how upset I am about Global Warming, so I think it would be great if we converted garbage, nuclear waste, and all carbon emissions into healthy and nutritious food for endangered BEES! That does NOT make me an Inventor. It makes me a person with an Idea.
Now, if I go out and call myself an Inventor, and seek out and accept millions of dollars from Investors for my NON- Invention/Non- feasable IDEA - THAT makes me a FRAUD. Criminally.
Even if, by sheer power of Will, I manage to convince actual genius-type people to, in fact, INVENT some contraption that DOES transform garbage, nuclear waste, and various carbon emissions into the perfect Bee Food, *I* would STILL NOT be an Inventor, right? I may be a genius who saved the World, but I wouldn't be an Inventor. So, if SHE ever called herself that, sold herself as that, and/or allowed or asked anyone to Invest in her IDEA by calling herself an Inventor, she's a FRAUD. A LYING Fraud. Can we all agree on that much? Good.
So, it seems that the real purpose of this Documentary, if there is one, is to beg the question:
A) Is this Person committing FRAUD intentionally? Thereby CRIMINALLY?
B) Or is this Person committing this FRAUD "innocently" - with the best, most altruistic intensions in the World?
If the answer is A) then this person is just straight-up Evil. Willing to put countless people's LIVES in danger for Money and Ego, and she needs to be locked up for the protection of the Public at large.
If the answer is B) then this person is Delusional to the point of severe Mental Illness, such that she needs to be locked away for the protection of the Public at large.
The fact that she went to great lengths to avoid being revealed for the FRAUD she is, pretty soundly proves she knew EXACTLY what she was doing every step of the way.
The most interesting thing about it, is what it says about our American Business Culture... Somehow we have become a People who reward the talent of *LYING with Great Confidence* . Tell us a bunch of LIES, with a healthy dose of shameless Confidence, and we will throw money at you!
I wonder what it's going to take for Us to learn our Lesson?
