Nana Yaa

I don't know if I was the problem, but I found it very hard to follow the book. My brain kept on signing out faster than my eyes. 😭 I also really loved the tension between the two main characters. 🤭 The author seems to have really worked hard on the world building, I'll give it to her for that. However, I felt like the world was not portrayed really well in the book. A number of things were left unexplained, leaving me to rely on my own intuition. There are also a number of times I had to go back to reread a few chapters thinking I might have missed a detail. This made it really hard for me to complete the book (I did complete it anyway). This book really has a lot of potential though, I'll give it three stars.
