Let me just start by saying that I absolutely love this show. But, one thing I will never understand is why they continue to show homes that they know will 100% require well over what their budget is. I don’t understand if this is this is a way to get an audience but it isn’t fair to those who legitimately have a budget for a home and have no room for “unexpected problems showing up” And somehow convince them to expand their budget to get their “dream home” so that these two can make money off of their hometown. C’MON!!! WAKE UP LAUREL!!
