ain’t nobody gonna keep it real but I will. movie was fucking crazy 😭 n like yeah it’s the 28 days later franchise but this movie ain’t nothing like the last two - does them movies dirty. i understand the movie was trying to do something different and was supposed to be symbolic - the first portion of the movie wasn’t so bad honestly and the cinematography and editing isn’t bad at all. but - towards the second half of the movie it lost me. it’s not that i can’t understand or appreciate the story but it was just very inane and the tone shifts of the movie are drastic to the point where I can’t help but laugh. maybe the way things were executed could’ve been different. in summary though, i’d just say it definitely was not what i expected.
