A terrible book. A waste of paper. Absurd plot with long tangents. The jumbled time lines (too many to count)
The main character went to Harvard Medical School. People there are deeply embarrassed by this.

Not a single likable character. The tollbooth photo was all of a sudden a problem then all of a sudden resolved with greater importance than the crime.
