Funeral, serious issues and humour in one film. Yes it's possible. Probably one of the best films I've watched lately or even of all time. It kept me engaged and that is hard to do. I watched this at a community cinema event where they had a video call with the director and main actress after. I like the comparison to the guinea fowl and how it was input into the story in a cohesive way. I am now going to watch more of their movies. So grateful that this film was brought to my attention.
