During world war 2, a English magician helped the war effort against the Germans by trickery, one was a powerful searchlight, but none were actually built except a prototype, there are no blueprints. In the book " The War Magician " the prototype was tested on a flying plane, with the magician inside, the brilliant light was shone on the cockpit, blinding the pilot and observers, almost crashing the plane. Could the searchlight be built and tested to see if it actually worked.
