Chutney, leaves you gulping till the climax of the movie. You cannot interpret how the story line goes and makes a strange gruesome relation between death and food.Directed by Jyoti Kapur Das, the scary and emotional journey will keep you panting for more. The protagonist, Tisca Chopra depicts a role of an uneducated woman who perfectly knows on how to create a balance between household and her personal life. One must draw attention to the details that the writers have put in to the simple yet complicated storyline. Tisca chopra on the other hand brings a perfect connect through her storytelling skills. The cinematography and the chronology has been appropriately put in place. What I feel about Chutney as a whole is that it is an intriguing tale of the dark side of a middleclass family. It makes our soul shudder a little. Itโs a revenge of ordinary by the ordinary. The end justifies the filmโs name and just like chutney, it leaves you thirsty and wanting more.
