I loved this book. It is so honest and refreshing. Truth laid bare of what life is like and YET, reviewing the situations afterwards and seeing the lessons the Lord was teaching. To see God’s Hand in the ups and downs of life is a precious thing and to know that ultimately He has the last word.
This is not a heavy book, it is very easy to read and in fact is quite humourous as Tola Doll looks back in restrospect. For those of us with busy lives the chapters are short and to the point and can be read while drinking a coffee, and somehow something in it relates to our lives, because in different ways we have all experienced what the author has.
Every chapter is headed up with a carefully chosen scripture that permeates the small story.
Any one who feels that their life has been unsuccessful should read this book because in God’s sight, who judges things quite differently to us, it may be that His plans for us are being fulfilled in ways that we do not initially see. We can dance for joy and be filled with His peace. Get this book and have it by your coffee table.
