How is it that Anupama has understanding of all human nature, emotions etc but doesn't have a good hearing that she still says "Sury" instead of sorry. Whereas, baa, who is not that educated says SORRY the right way.
Also, if Anupama cannot pronounce 'sh' and instead says 's', how is it that she says Shruti and not Sruti
