I will NEVER go through greyhound EVER again!!! I bought my niece a round-trip ticket for September 22nd and she was to come back on the 24th. My niece woke up early this morning, got ready and caught 2 city buses to the greyhound station just to be told her bus was canceled and to call the 1800 number. She calls the 1800 number to reschedule and now she only gets 1 day to visit her mom and friends. I call to get some type of refund and they are telling me no even though they are the reasons her bus never showed up... yea I'm never going through greyhound again and their customer service is horrible!!!! If I could put 0 stars I would...
