This show feels like it was directed by a city person who never set foot in the wilderness or in small towns. It all felt unrealistic and inauthentic. Slow moving. Missy was mis-cast. Disappointing. Nate’s character was a diversity hire. Not at all like the character in the book. And boring to watch. Overall, a total disservice to the books and the author. What a wasted opportunity.

I am a Navy Vet, I am insulted by this show. Did anyone consider consulting with anyone, at all, who served in any branch at all of the military? Ever? Everyone involved in this show should should be ashamed. Enjoy the one season. Save your paychecks. You will need them when this show is cancelled. Too bad.
