Effective action film with a personal story. Pacing was efficient and didn't drag out like many films these days. Nothing mind-blowing but it sure was entertaining!

With gorgeous (omg so gorgeous) visuals and stunning effects, accompanied by well-considered direction and fleshed out characters, Eternals has many boxes ticked that makes it worth a trip to your local cinema for. Whilst running for 2.5 hours, not once did the movie feel like it dragged or a scene was superfluous. Even with ten Eternals, we manage to get significant insight into each one of them, much to the credit of Director Chloe Zhao. Excellent performances from an all-round strong (and diverse!) cast with special mentions to Gemma Chan, Angelina Jolie and Richard Madden.

The animation is wonderful, songs are unforgettable especially with Jodi Benson's angelic and emotive voice as Ariel. Ursula the sea witch is just delicious and one of the best Disney villains. Definitely right up there as one of Disney's best.
