If you're a fan of the series, books or games, then this is the show for you. This is The Witcher done right. I wasn't sure about Henry Cavill at first when I saw the pictures of him as Geralt but he steals the show. Clearly, he has put a lot of effort and passion into the role and it shows, as I cannot imagine any other actor portraying The Witcher with as much style and ferocity as he manages. The jumping around of the timeline follows that of The Last Wish which I imagine could be confusing to new viewers at first, but I urge you to stick with it. This show is everything that I hoped for when I heard that they were adapting the books into a Netflix series, here's hoping they continue for many seasons after this.
