Boring. Underwhelming. Nothing compared to the Jungle Book remake or Beauty & The Beast remake movies. Will Smith was not a great genie, Jafar was not as wicked as he should have been. There was an extra a female character (Jasmine’s hand maid) that was not in the original cartoon movie, and an unnecessary extra song by Jasmine. I went in with an open-mind, enjoyed the tunes from my childhood, came home disappointed. Ah well.
