As an American, Ancient Indian history is fascinating to me, and the production design, the colors, the jewels, the music, all beautiful, so I'm watching it again. Sure, there are many flaws, but the lead actor is wonderful, and the story holds an important thread...the birth of buddhism. fascinating.
