Wow! A very refreshing read from start to finish. A perfect mix of classic and original horror/suspense that blends seamlessly and flows beautifully. One of those books that when you start reading, you just can't stop until the end. John Bishop (the main character) shines, but his sidekick Zed (his Shepard pup with silver fangs) steals this show! I know people who don't like this genre who have read this book and loved it. That is a testament to the author's writing skills! Killer! Can't wait for the next in the series and/or the movie!
