The book series is far better than the movie, and the cast doesn't even match with the evident descriptions in the book. For example, Arya is said to have feline, angled green eyes, a tear-drop shaped face, and raven black hair. The actress assigned to her role is a red head, with blue eyes and a whole new personality rather than the one found in the book. Are you sure the director even read the book? I'm sure that if this movie wasn't one based off of the Inheritance Cycle, it would be better off on its own. I had hoped that this movie would be better, because Christopher Paolini's masterpiece was incredible work. Since the series had multiple books, I would've thought that they would create multiple movies, as well. Though I could tell by the movie poster that it wasn't going to be that good, I still had high expectations for it. Unfortunately, they were not reached. Sorry if I sound judgy and all, but if you've read the book, you'd understand where I'm coming from.
