Honestly, I was very surprised by how brilliant Transformers One was. I've never been a fan of the live action films, and I never knew the whole lore behind the franchise. When I heard about an animation of Transformers, I expected it to be much of the same but for kids. The only reason I saw it in the cinemas was because my Transformers fan friend invited me. It BLEW MY MIND! The film is directed by Josh Cooley and is only 104 minutes. It is one of those rare Hollywood films that fits so much in perfectly and is not even too long because of it! This film is very much a prequel to the Transformers films, so you don't need to watch any of the other ones to understand it. At the start, it felt a lot like a family film, but by the climax -OMG THAT WAS CRAZY! I could tell my friend was enjoying it all the way through, and as someone who never understood the franchise, I want to know everything about it because of the film. The story was incredible, with plot twists and arcs that work perfectly. I cannot remember the last time I saw a film with a story as original and fantastic as this. The character development especially is an incredible part of the film, seeing how two best friends become enemies. The action sequences did not feel too forced in just for the sake of it, and flowed perfectly with the story as well as being perfectly choreographed. Whether you are a Transformers fan or not, watch this Transformers One on the biggest screen possible it will be worth it I promise. BEST FILM OF THE YEAR!

While the MCU is doing a lot to make people forget it is actually part of the long running franchise, I would just like to say that it is part of the MCU and is the most underrated film in the franchise which portrase the Hulk better than it does now. So while that Disney would rather push it out of the MCU eventhough it is the second film in the franchise and has been here for 14 years and even has a cameo of Robert Downey Jrs Tony stark, I would just want to tell you all that it is better than a lot of other marvel films ( eternals) and deserves a lot more credit.

Weird, chaotic, and definitely strange; this film is ultimately brilliant. This film is strangely, maddeningly and wonderful. If you love marvel and the MCU, you would love this. I did not expect anything even though I watch loads of the trailers but I have never seen anything so random. This film also seems like a mild horror film with blood and guts going everywhere. Overall, it should be enough to satisfy fans of Sam Raimi or the MCU. (Watch out for two post credit scenes, one to make you think and one to make you scream your head off in anger for waiting so long but laughing in the end). SPOILER ALERT Also the fact that the plot is about Wanda, who we also thought was a hero before this, is actually a villain torn bent on killing a teenager who has the power to jump multiverses. This is because Wanda wants to return to her children again who she thought were real but are really from her imagination like from her TV series Wanda Vision. The cameos are amazing ( I honestly had my heart pumping with amazement) and how violent this film is compared to other MCU films. This is thanks to director Sam Raimi who chooses a brilliant cast and perfect music played by Danny Elfman. Benedict Cumberbatch and Elizabeth Olsen are amazing as always and I hope you will enjoy the film as much as I have.

Eventhough it has amazing special effects, Independence Day Resurgence is ultimately a disappointing sequel to the original. Like many modern sequels to old popular films, it shouldn't have been made. What makes me hate this movie even more is that Will Smith isn't there eventhough he was in the original and yet everyone else was there.

After a slightly slow build up, Dune offers a great cinematic experience and offers all the science fiction action and plot line which makes you on the edge of your seat.

You know it will be good when Steven Spielberg directs it and this film is a perfect example. This version of Peter Pan is different to other ones. Peter Pan, Robin Williams, is grown up and has forgotten his past in Neverland and that he was even Peter Pan ( he thought his real name and was Peter Panning). He lived in the USA and his children hates him as he isn't there enough for them and he puts work ahead of his family but, when he goes to London, he finds that his kids have disappeared and there is a note left by Captain Hook, Dustin Hoffman, who wants revenge for the last fight. Tinkerbell takes Peter to Neverland where he has to save his kids and remember who he used to be and lead an army of children to defeat the pirates and Captain Hook. This film is such a loveable, fun, family friendly film for everyone to enjoy.

How the Grinch Stole Christmas is a laughable and enjoyable film that would no doubt put a smile on your face. Jim Carrey plays the loveable and hilarious Grinch in the festive film and that alone says it all about how silly the film is.

This film makes you feel a heart warming emotion and makes you want to read the books and see the film again and again

I think Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is one of Marvel's best films ever. Packed full of action from the very beginning and brought back characters like the hilarious Manderine, also known as Trevor Slattery, played by Ben Kingsley from Iron Man 3 and Abomination from The Incredible Hulk which are great characters who are often forgotten. Even Wong from Doctor Strange appears in some scenes. Bruce Banner, the Hulk, and Captain Marvel appear in a post credit scene as well. The plot is complex at some points but also excellent. Shaun, who's real name was Shang Chi, lived in San Francisco but after his dad returned, he has to return to his home country. The Ten Rings, which his dad owned, were possessing his mind in believing his dead wife was trapped inside a mountain but actually was a controlling his mind into releasing evil creatures. Shang Chi, his sister, his girlfriend and some warriors ( along with Trevor Slattery) must fight his farther and the creatures before all evil is let loose. This film is one of Marvel's best and if you haven't watched it, you must NOW.

A fantastic sequel to the much beloved "Pink Panther", the film "A Shot in the Dark" is one of the best Pink Panther films, if not the best of the lot. Peter Sellers is even funnier than before in a film packed full of classic comedy ready to make you laugh out loud. Herbert Lom is a great cast member to the film as he is the chief who becomes mad from Mr Clouseau, Peter Sellers.
