Normally I would have given it more than one star until she promoted the idea that flower tortillas originated with Spanish Jews who came to Mexico. What a betrayel of the Mexican culture. Not surprised coming from someone who identifies more with Texas than her parents roots. My father used to say the only thing worse than wanna be mexican is a Texas Mexican.
