The cinematography is beautiful. It made me want to visit New Zealand. The plot was good. It gave an intense flow. The only thing is the main character. Ania, I kept waiting for her to faint like women did in the 50s when under emotional stress. There is no way a seasoned homicide detective would slap a new coworker. Her emotional outbursts were absurd. If there is a new season, make her character believable as a homicide detective.
