THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST MOVIES I’VE EVER WATCHED. I know some people might see the release date (1998) and pass on thinking this might be another slow classic 90’s film. But trust me, it’s nothing like that, it’ll have you engaged every moment. By far one of the greatest movies ever made. No movie has ever left me as awestruck as this one did. Heard a lot of people saying it’s scary but I think if you watch it with the right mindset, this movie is like therapy, it’s an eye opener. Inspires you to question everything around you, makes you question if you really are who you wanna be or are you what this world has made you to be? Are you living this life just how you want to or how this world wants you to? It’s scary that way but questions like this definitely have the power to change your life. A must watch.

It left me speechless when it ended...Took me a few moments to process what just happened. This movie had probably one of the best climax scenes ever produced.

I usually don’t post reviews but seeing all these fake and manipulated ones, I think true art deserves some honesty and appreciation. This is a great film, if you didn’t like it, you probably didn’t understand the depth of it. Not only did this film did justice to the original with it’s adaptation but it definitely surpassed it. The character connect, emotional connect, everything is just amazing. You’d literally root for the character, feel for him, relate to his pain and undoubtedly, be inspired. The beautiful songs make the story even more meaningful. It’s a great work of art, one of the best films ever made.

This is the kind of movie you can’t talk about just after watching. You’ll need some time to emotionally digest everything that happened in the end. It was mind blowing, an epic love story which is sure to trigger your emotions a bit.
