If you’ve not read the books and you’re a fan of standard cw fare, you’ll probably like this. I loved Nancy Drew when I was growing up and then enjoyed them again when my daughter started reading. I know a lot of folks are upset about the sex but what bothered me more was the fact that the characters bear no resemblance to the originals and what was once as much about good friends and a healthy father daughter relationship is a band of dysfunctional social misfits and unhealthy relationships. Not my cup of tea
