I already paid for the game and I was unable to play without a solution from the developer. I actually was able to play when the game belongs to Kakao games. Then when the game was transferred to Pearl Abyss, I was unable to play (the game crashed whenever I launched), I raised the customer support on 18Mar2021 with all the details and screenshots, and only after nearly one month - 15April2021, they respond to my request saying that they acknowledge the issue and they don't know the solution.The game is good but customer service is terrible, I would give them 0 star if I could.
