Season 1 of Jubilee's able to keep the viewer interested and curious… all the characters are interesting… loved the backdrop of 1940s and 50s... Nitty-gritty of making a movie and aftermath of partition have been beautifully interwoven... The makers have tried to incorporate multiple aspects of Hindi film industry in 1940s and 50s such as employed actors with zero freedom, absolutely ruthless producers and distributers, struggle of aspirant actors and directors along with multifarious activities on the set, and studio... The viewers witness various types of exploitation at all levels, be it a film studio or a refugee camp... Every character has extremely set priorities which none of them is willing to let go…Jamshed Khan- the only one who chooses inner calling over professional wisdom ends up losing his life… Congratulations to the entire team of Jubilee
