As this movie came out I was rewatching the show, this movie to me was a big disappointment. Why was the man with one hand in the barn next to the people who want to kill him, why when Shawn and gus asked him who he was did he show them his hand, only they know about his hand. Who shot him? Why was Karen walking out on the job not explored, why was there a pregnancy plot line, why was Spencer’s dad doing something illegal? He’s a stickler for the rules and respects the police in every way. Why was the movie called lassie come home? What was up with the dad? Where did he go and why am I supposed to care about him. Why was the nurse the bad guy all along? Why did she want to kill Lassiter she had no reason too. And the coincidences that happen are insane. They just happen to crash into the barn he’s in? Why would gus take the dead guys ear muffs and tickle that guys foot without hesitation. He hates dead body’s and while he’s sort of a germaphobe he never would have done those things in the show. I hated this movie 2/10
