Superb makeup and general set design. The last 20 minutes became unnecessarily grotesque and lengthened an already long movie without clear justification. To end with a ‘blob’-like amoeba face sitting on Sparkle’s Star clashes with the idea of being able to reproduce a sort of clone and not portions therein.
