I don’t understand why you guys are taking this movie seriously? These latest Monsterverse films were CLEARLY inspired by the Showa era. People who have watched both the Showa films and GXK know what I’m talking about. Yet people are still here comparing GXK to Minus One which is absolutely absurd in my opinion. I’ve also seen people complain about the destruction and the deaths that the Kaiju cause, when those humans that they crushed don’t play a single role in these movies. I’ve seen plenty of other complaints which don’t my sense in my opinion, I can’t list them all. The only thing I didn’t like about this movie were the villains. They didn’t feel threatening AT ALL. Skar King just felt weak and got carried by Shimo, and Shimo barely got screen time. But I did like Skar King’s humor and he was by far the most evil titan that we’ve seen. One thing they did great was the build-up, but when we actually saw them actually fight, they felt underwhelming. This movie was overall pretty fun to watch and enjoyable, so imma give it a solid 4 stars
