So many issues for me. Batman as some moody, emo 20-something just seems wrong to me. That every scene in the movie is set within a week so the whole film being rainy, grey and overcast goes with this. Robert Pattinsons acting is poor and seems like every scene is carried by whoever he shares the scene with,(including a rather excellent Penguin). Music feels like a cheap Star Wars rip off in places. Some scenes almost seem ripped entirely from the Telltale Games series, including the bits with overly long pauses while you/Batman makes their decision. Some of the fight scenes are engaging, earning it the second star. Plus the length, It feels long for the sake of it. Could have trimmed down so much. Lord of the Rings does something with their 3 hours, the Sneider Cut of Justice League the same. This just drags.
