I literally burst out in laughter when I started watching this. It doesn’t resemble Star Wars in the slightest bit. Terrible acting, scriptwriting, and especially set design. Seems like another unfortunate diversity ploy by Disney.

Raunchy and dumb… the heteronormativity absolutely killed me. Just another cheaply-made action movie with no thought given to character development due to their immense lack of creativity. Not just one star because yes, the action was entertaining.

Ridiculous but action packed, I loved it!

Wasn’t expecting much. It was actually a really entertaining and sweet movie. So cool that it was based on a true story.

The problem is that it’s too long and that it’s just confusing for the first 2 hours. The trials which are being cut to don’t even get explained until the last few minutes of the movie. There’s barely any action so the movie feels even longer than it is. Visually stunning but it fails to deliver to viewers who aren’t history or science fanatics. Even so, if nerds are the intended audience, a lot of the content is simply inaccurate and seems to be more of a patriotic show of American power than a psychological biopic as it’s advertised.

Honestly, this movie was so entertaining! I never even saw the first one so I didn’t expect much. I was so surprised! There’s so much action it’s impossible to be bored. Yes, it’s not supposed to be taken seriously, as it is quite ridiculous, so you kinda have to have a sense of humor.

The jokes are bad, the music is bad, and the plot is awful. It’s really odd how the producers tried to put such a dense message into a movie about a kid’s doll. This could’ve worked if the plot line wasn’t so dumb.

Apple Originals never fail to impress me. This show was no exception. The only caveat is that in simple Apple fashion, the first episode has a lot of action to engage viewers yet the remaining episodes take a slower pace. I wish every episode were as exciting as the first one.
