So I may be in the minority here, but I do stand by my own opinion. GTA 2.. was really unique especially for it's time because it was much more different than gta 1. However as time went on it hasn't aged particularly well. GTA 3 definitely changed things a lot, especially for rockstar who had to adapt to the 3d world which was a huge step up from the prior games as the past 3 essentially looked the same with the usual top down view which significantly limited your experience considering you cannot go through buildings, see yourself on the map, cannot go through islands, yeah you get the idea. GTA 3 also changed things a lot considering that you had a lot more freedom basically and now you get to view the world with a totally new perspective. I'm not just comparing gta 2 to 3, as it was different from gta 1, but visually you couldn't realy tell a lot of differences if you compare both 1 and 2. And gta london which I doubt anyone even remembers I don't even know if it's relevant anymore.
