I have been a Create and Craft member for many years and spent lots of money on products. Have not enjoyed watching since merger as most of favourite presenters are no longer there. Since I watch on Freeview viewing hours are also severely reduced. I placed one order successfully but following time I gave up as my password wasn’t recognised and my stored payment details did not exist!! Unfortunately my club membership had been renewed by direct debit weeks beforehand as don’t think I would have renewed.
