As a lifelong Digimon fan, Digimon Story: Time Stranger is EVERYTHING I’ve ever wanted in a game and more! The nostalgia hit me hard from the very first moment I booted it up. The music, the art style, the characters, everything about this game screams Digimon. It feels like a true sequel to the series, both in terms of story and spirit, while pushing the universe into exciting new territory. The plot is an absolute gem. You’re thrust into a world where time itself is unraveling, and you get to team up with your favorite Digimon (and even some brand new ones that will steal your heart) to save the Digital World and human world. There’s emotional depth, unexpected twists, and so many moments that will make you smile from ear to ear. The dialogues are so well-written, with references to past seasons and games, which is just perfect for a die hard Digimon fan like me! But what really stands out is how alive the Digital World feels. The environments are stunning, with vibrant, detailed landscapes that truly immerse you in the adventure. Whether you’re exploring the grassy fields or diving into digital ruins, every area is bursting with personality. Let’s talk Digivolution. The customization is off the charts! You can train and raise your Digimon in so many different ways. The evolution paths are diverse and fascinating, offering both new forms and returning fan favorites, which gives you the best of both worlds. The battle system is slick, strategic, and satisfying. It’s challenging, but not unfair, and it really makes you think about your Digimon’s strengths and weaknesses. The nostalgia is REAL! Seeing classic Digimons like Agumon, Gabumon, and the entire Tamers squad again just filled my heart with so much joy. Plus, the new Digimon introduced are awesome and fit perfectly into the lore of the Digital World. In short, Digimon Story: Time Stranger is a love letter to fans of the franchise and a must-play for anyone who’s ever been touched by the world of Digimon. It balances fan service with fresh ideas and gives you everything you could ever want in a Digimon RPG. Whether you’re a longtime fan or a newcomer, this game will pull you in and never let you go. Truly, I can’t get enough of it. 10/10

Im so disappointed, the world feels so lifeless and empty... I had high hopes for the city being a CITY and not the small town we got. All of the side quests feel pointless and give nothing to the player. The story isn't good and doesnt keep my interest at all. I was dragging my feet through this entire experience hoping that there was a light at the end of the tunnel. This is the only pokemon game that I genuinely want my money and time back from.
