I try to get past it, but I'm a writer, and your commercials are actually painful for me. This show is great because the characters show such a wonderful zest for life - it's contagious!! However, the soundtrack for the commercial hits me like nails on a chalkboard. Just one thing - a very loud "Hell has froze over!" This is such an uneducated way to say the correct: "Hell has frozen over!" I don't want to assume that the characters actually are uneducated. I just think your ratings would be better if proper English was spoken. Thank you for all your hard work - LT
