This is not a documentary- it is conspiracy theory entertainment. This is what you get when a company is looking to entertain with no sense of responsibility for the accuracy of the content. All the real evidence points to the Southern Ocean Theory. Even when they talk about that theory there isn’t much evidence shown to support it- I assume as a means of undermining its credibility and establishing the other 2 theories discussed as equally plausible and worth 2 more hours of your time watching their platform. (They each have a true believer narrator so acknowledge them!) Not once was Whispernet mentioned anywhere but some lady being told by supposed in-the-know French intelligence in a dark garage that American AWACS were involved is placed as a central element in 1 theory presented. Netflix puts equal time to the Southern Ocean Theory as two ridiculous conspiracy theories and their proponents front and center even when their theories have gaping holes, leaps of faith, lack of evidence, and false claims. There is no cross examination of the holes and flawed logic anywhere. One theory even states the plane was flown from the electronics bay and showed a kewllll little graphic depicting it and then shortly after the guy states that oh yeah later I was informed it was IMPOSSIBLE to control the plane from the electronics bay. It’s so ridiculous and ludicrous what they’ve done it’s sad and they may in fact incur some lawsuits from it by victims of families or those otherwise connected to the event in some way. Shame on Netflix.
